OMPU's Weighted Vest is one of the heaviest vests on the market when using all the included weights. Each weight weighs approximately 1 kg and has a practical pocket with Velcro.

The weight of the vest can be easily adjusted by removing weights to suit you. The vest is equipped with large Velcro around the stomach and back, which makes it stable and comfortable.
Weighted vests are currently mainly used for running, power walking and strength training. A weight vest allows you to train harder and more efficiently. This way, you get much more out of your workout in less time, which in itself leads to faster results.
