L-Glutamine 400g

Glutamine maintains your general health and optimal protein synthesis. Glutamine is very fine-grained and dissolves easily in water, and the taste is characteristic of the raw material:

L-glutamine is the most converted amino acid, and is continuously involved in protein synthesis and tissue building in the body.

In the event of a lack of L-glutamine and/or protein, protein synthesis deteriorates significantly, and already at decreasing levels the body is forced into catabolism since the body's own protein is broken down. Of all the amino acids, glutamine is the one that occurs to the greatest extent in the body, approximately 1/3 of our free amino acid pool consists of glutamine. This means that it is also converted to a higher extent, especially during periods of hard training, illness or nutritional deficiency (diet).

If you want to train very hard and often, you should supplement with 10–20g of glutamine/day to avoid low glutamine levels in your body. Glutamine also maintains your overall health thanks to the fact that glutathione – one of our most important endogenous antioxidants – depends on high glutamine levels.

Number of doses per package: 20-40.

Recommended daily dose:Take 5 grams (approximately 1.5 teaspoons) mixed in water or another beverage, 2-4 times per day, preferably in conjunction with exercise.
